@Gisel2015 yes I did brown the turkey and season it before I added it. It was very very good and would be real good with bone broth. I love to make bone broth too😄

All I know is the soup is really good and is very healthy and that's good enough for me. Weather it detoxes or not 🤣🤷♀️

@paperpudding ... Cabbage was the biggest amount of vegetable and it was a recipe for detox cabbage soup I got. So that will work for me. 😀🤷♀️❤️

I am a week in. I stop eating at 7:00 PM and don't start until 11:00 the next day. So far what I have found is it has completely stopped my late night eating and snacking, even though I kept it healthy it was still late at night. And yes I felt bloated many times and that has improved a lot. So if that is the only benefit…

@LoveShane88 I'm right there with you. I have about 15 more to go. I do watch my carbs and keep them complex. Try to stay as clean as possible with some flexibility. The last is definitely the hardest to come off. 😩❣️
