Coming back to get on track

Have been here before and seem to fall off the wagon or loose motivation. This time my goals have changed. This time I want to form healthy habits & build a healthy life style, if weight loss happens that is a bonus. I’m tired of focusing on loosing weight then becoming disheartened when it doesn’t happen. It’s clear to me this could very well be my set body weight and so be it if it is. I cannot ride the roller coaster of emotions anymore. I choose to work on making lifestyle changes over weight loss. That is my goal!
