Hi ! Iโm looking for friends who use a moderation diet . For me, a severe restrictive diet leads me to binge. I have around 10 lbs to lose . Thank you so very much!๐

Welcome to the MFP Community.
10 pounds is not a lot to lose, so any changes can be masked by water weight. Set your goal here on MFP, but be realistic - with only 10 pounds the goal should not be 2 pounds per week.
You may also find that recomposition works better for you as opposed to losing a few pounds. Some info on recomp here:

@LoveShane88 I'm right there with you. I have about 15 more to go. I do watch my carbs and keep them complex. Try to stay as clean as possible with some flexibility. The last is definitely the hardest to come off. ๐ฉโฃ๏ธ

Great plan, moderation (both in what we eat and how much we eat) is a great attitude to have for durable weight loss! I'm also trying to lose around 5-10lbs, slowly, after already having lost 64lbs.
