Sustainable food plan

Hi ! Iโ€™m looking for friends who use a moderation diet . For me, a severe restrictive diet leads me to binge. I have around 10 lbs to lose . Thank you so very much!๐Ÿ˜Š

    Welcome to the MFP Community. :)

    10 pounds is not a lot to lose, so any changes can be masked by water weight. Set your goal here on MFP, but be realistic - with only 10 pounds the goal should not be 2 pounds per week. ;)

    You may also find that recomposition works better for you as opposed to losing a few pounds. Some info on recomp here:

    @LoveShane88 I'm right there with you. I have about 15 more to go. I do watch my carbs and keep them complex. Try to stay as clean as possible with some flexibility. The last is definitely the hardest to come off. ๐Ÿ˜ฉโฃ๏ธ

    Great plan, moderation (both in what we eat and how much we eat) is a great attitude to have for durable weight loss! I'm also trying to lose around 5-10lbs, slowly, after already having lost 64lbs.
