I love how you all are motivated and pushing yourself to get that morning workout. π I tried the morning for awhile but had to change my workouts to the evening due to the fact, I workout at home and when I lift, I tend to yell and scream (curses ) to release tension π€π and my partner gets mad because he needs his sleep.β¦

It is a tricky question due to individual and activity level but a rule if thumb is usually between 1500-2000 calories with out exercise. I usually have my clients start at 1800 and after 2-3 weeks reassess , then from there reduce if have too. Work also comes into play, if you do a lot of moving and lifting compared to anβ¦

Love all your responses. I tried doing the full week but depending what I made, like you all said, it doesn't sit well for so long. Now I I'll prep for 3 days then on the third day prep for another 3 this way it gives me a change and variety.. and for my last day ( it's my cheat day π€π€« π°) mmm .. thanks for the tips , Iβ¦

Welcome zenith!! I totally agree with the support. Just know, once you start tracking your calories and macros you'll be so surprised at how fast it accumulates. I was in shocked π€¦π»ββοΈπ
