So the other day I was at work, someone approached me and asked "why do you eat healthy?" Yuck( how rude right) so I replied "why not?" . That person said it isn't Delicious and we only live once. My response was healthy food can be delicious, it's how you prepare it and I eat this way because I want to live a healthy lifeβ¦
