Anyone else salty with MFP after getting the email update re: barcodes? Not going to lie, I've already downloaded Lose It and find it MUCH better to use. Hey there! I've been slacking on this thread lately, but I miss you all! I'm getting ready to head out of town for over a week to see family, and I'm debating just not bringing my scale with me and trusting myself to keep working out and eating properly. I just weighed-in at the doctor’s office at 227. I wonder if my scale needs new batteries? Everything hurts and I'm dying. Telehealth appointment with the doc tomorrow because this is not clearing out, but is settling into my lungs, throat, and sinuses like it's here for a long vacation. Took yesterday and today off work and cancelled today's workout. Fingers crossed for Friday.

@bojaantje3822 - I'm with @CupcakeCrusoe on the protein shakes! I mix powder with vanilla almond milk (never just water) or I mix the powder in with fruit, spinach, etc for a smoothie. I make extra to freeze!
