Cut down by half a tablespoon, you probably won't notice it. I used to drink really sweet coffee and now just use light cream (5%) which is 15 cals a tablespoon.

Last week I ate exactly at maintenance for one day unintentionally and the rest of the week I was way under my goal, I did lose weight but I'm trying to be more realistic now. So no, unless it's a holiday like christmas, I try not to eat at maintenance. I need to leave some space for over-inflated calorie numbers or…

I'm almost 39, do I count? My snacks are yogurt, rice cakes, string cheese, tea and 5% cream, and/or sometimes one thin oreo I've lost 6 pounds in 25 days. 1650 cal goal. I started at 229. But this has worked before, it's just really hard to keep on track when you go into maintenance.

I lost like 5 pounds and was able to do 10 more minutes of cycling everyday, easily. That's when I knew I now have more energy. But these pounds are stubborn. Either that or I'm impatient, started 23 days ago.

5% cream, 1 tbsp. is 15 cal. I drink tea and that's all I add to it.

Those 4 pounds are probably water. Don't be surprised if it stabilizes and you only lost 2.

I lost 30 pounds and then put it all back on, but what was I doing drinking water everyday, exercising, eating as healthy as I could, then I decided I could treat myself with a buttertart because I was in hospital one time and they gave me one, and all went downhill from there... 1 oreo a day for a snack (60 cals) taken apart so the two sides and the cream middle feels like 3 cookies. :)
