  • @jugar, I went over my food dairy and the only thing I notice 3 things, 1. If I eat between 1,200 & 1,300 I don't seem to lose but, gain a few ounces. 2.   • @Steph1498- Salmon mostly, I usually place Salmon and asparagus sprinkled with some lemon juice and in a parchment/foil pouch in oven for a few minutes. Salmon doesn't take long to cooked. I only use Salmon this way or in a salad. Some times tuna in salads, but not very often. I don't usually do pork it's rare if I do.

  • @jugar, I had to add the Google spreadsheet along with the Google drive before it would let me put any anything on the habit tracker. My goal is to eventually cut out all red meat and eggs (not really fond of them anyway)

Then all you have to do is add in your new weight or whatever new information you want instead of writing it all by hand.
