Make this a great three months! Our challenge is simple. You set your goals- choose any weight loss number that suits you. Post your weight once a week or whatever works for you. We support each other with friendly encouragement and sharing of tips. Post your gains as well (positive and negative). Join us and you'll find more success being part of a group of like minded friends!

    I am in , I want to reduce 25lbs by October. My starting weight is 152lbs.

    I'm in! I've never done a challenge on mfp, but I'm looking forward to it! I am setting my goal to lose 20 lbs in 3 months. I weigh in on Wednesdays, so I'll just keep doing that.

    Do I post every week with my weight? Or post a master list and update it every week so it's all in one place?

    You can post anytime you want. Most people do post once a week. It helps keep you accountable with yourself. :) There is no list that I keep. It's a simple challenge- post and participate. Share what works. Share what doesn't.
