    CHALLENGE GOAL: lose ~18 pounds by October 31st (13 weeks)
    highest weight: 330 (7/10/2020)
    August 1st starting weight: ~238
    October 31st goal weight: 220
    ultimate goal weight: 210-220 (whatever gets me down to ~20% body fat)

    Aug 01 : 237.9 (starting weight)
    Aug 08 : 238.0 : gained 0.1,
    Aug 15 : 237.9 : lost 0.1, total loss = 0.0

    My activity:
    day 1/7: swam 900 yards/31 min
    day 2/7: swam 900 yards/30 min
    day 3/7: swam 1200 yards/42 min, cardio 45 min
    day 4/7: swam 1200 yards/43 min, walk 25 min
    day 5/7: swam 900 yards/32 min
    day 6/7: swam 1000 yards/35 min
    day 7/7 (today): rest day.
    My diet: Stayed close to my allowance (just under or slightly over), but way too much snacking!
    So now, I must try to lose those 17.9 pounds in 11 weeks instead of 13 weeks!
