Thank you for this challenge. I, too have similar stats. I gained weight because I retired and have slipped into the habit of being a couch potato. I have had success with losing weight recently by exercising an hour and a 1/2 everyday, and restricting my calories. Tuesdays are "fat Tuesday." That means I fast for 24β¦
