Weight loss challenge- 30days

I am restarting my weight loss journey after one year. In this one year I have gained nearly 7kgs.
Before weight - 70kg
CW - 76.8kg
GW - 62kg
Goal for first month is to lose 3kgs.
I am going to post my daily journey here and anyone can join.

Diet - Low calorie diet without sugar and oily foods and no packaged foods
Exercise - 30 mins walking, 30mins yoga.

    Depending what you mean by "without oily foods", there could be a problem.

    Fats contain essential nutrients. We need to eat some. They're needed to absorb fat-soluble vitamins, to support smooth digestive throughput, and to maintain some body tissues like cell walls, and more. On top of that, some people find fat filling, which helps make calorie reduction more manageable.

    3kg per month at SW 76.8kg is close to 1% of current weight per week. That's pretty fast, maybe only suitable if substantially obese. Unless you're very short, 76.8kg (about 169 pounds) is unlikely to be substantially obese. Fast loss increases health risks, can make compliance with calorie goal harder. Please be careful!

    May1- went well ate healthy foods but i have lower my calorie on intake

    I just saw this post. I will start today, May 2nd. So far, so good. I took a lovely 30min walk with a friend. I have been pretty sedentary. I just got back on MFP.

    had good healthy meals for the day. and went walking for 1hour.
    have to start yoga from tomorrow.

    Ate little over my calorie limit. but no junk foods.

    Thank you for this challenge. I, too have similar stats. I gained weight because I retired and have slipped into the habit of being a couch potato. I have had success with losing weight recently by exercising an hour and a 1/2 everyday, and restricting my calories. Tuesdays are "fat Tuesday." That means I fast for 24 hours. Good luck with this challenge.

    went on vacation and had little more calories daily. and gained some weight.

    got back on track on 20/5 Monday and now I have lost the weight that gained on vacation
