Introduction again

Hi y’all. Introducing myself is always the same. Hi my name is ………. I am here to ………..
This is I believe is the 4th go round at MFP and I was successful each time. So why am I introducing myself again? Life got in the way and I gave up.
Things have changed drastically since I was here last time. I’m doing chemo, have Parkinson’s and have diabetes.
Good reason to come back and do what I can huh. Of course I know how important it is to get support. So so important. It helped me greatly.
So of course I’m going to say let’s be friends. I learned I need you.

You’re really going through it. Those are some major health issues you’re dealing with. I’m so sorry…..
It’s very commendable that you’re (back) here for support and looking to make changes. Not sure at all how I’d be dealing with all those diagnoses - likely not as well. All my respect for that 💕

I wish everybody here the best of luck. I recently watched a YouTube video about Buddhist words of wisdom. It said "It's not what you do occasionally that's great, but rather what you do consistently." I know that having gained a lot of weight was a series of particular decisions and to lose the weight will be a series of good decisions. Also, even though I went to Target yesterday I refrained from buying any chocolate or other sugar-product. I am very pleased.0
