Don’t know how to officially post weigh no. I am up 3 pounds in June. Now 137. Goal for July is to lose at least 5.

Just joined and figuring this out. I want to lose 5 lbs in June. I’m at my almost all time high. Plan to do a lot of walking. Go out to eat less. Motivation helps!

Just found this group. Maybe what I need as 71 year old Grandmom, have a boyfriend, go to the gym, and look better on outside than inside! Not losing any weight in a long time. I keep trying! But gym with coach does keep me in better shape.

Although I have tried and tried since covid to lose the 20 lbs I gained, I went on all inclusive vacation and enjoyed eating and even drinking! I just joined and learned that even with keeping goal for calories, my carbs were way too much. Now I am watching that too. With that said, I hope I can lose some weight although I am hearing with my short size and age of 70, it will be VERY hard, even with exercise. Encouragement welcome!
