It appears that years ago I signed up on this app. So now, I am NOT Wenwinn or Wenwinn56 but Vendika56, which is Wendy in Czech. I will have to figure out how to delete the one I added on Friday. Sorry!!

Just joined. Female, Age 70, short, need to lose 20 pounds but was told this would be very difficult and still eat and have energy to exercise and live life! But now counting carbs and protein, not just calories. Maybe this will make a difference. I was told by nutritionist the percent I should have of each every day and trying to stick around that, although it is hard. Protein drinks twice a day help keep me full and reaching some of that goal, although weight loss/ inches is not happening.0
