Thanks sbelletti. I am mid 40s, 141 pounds and 5’4. I usually over estimate my calorie intake, I’ll get some scales and start weighing all food. Hopefully will make a difference.

The pandemic definitely doesn’t make it easy . I’m in my second major lockdown now and I have also decided enough is enough. I am trying to lose the weight from last year’s lockdown as well as the weight I gained from the first month of my current lockdown. If you can get out and get walking that’s a great start.

That’s a good amount of weight to lose in only 2 weeks, so what you’re doing so far must be working 👍🏻 The only thing that sometimes works for my bloating is lots of water and chewable antacids.
