  • Memyselfandi59 my calories allowance was similar, with 1/2 -1 lb loss a week. It's not a lot but I'm ok with smaller sustainable loss , however the calorie limit is quite hard to incorporate even fruit as a snack I feel. I changed mine yester and I'm going to allow myself 1400 / day, see how it goes. Good luck 🀞
