Need friends for lifestyle change

Hi, I'm kerie,
This is the billionth time I have found myself here, but after having a mental health breakdown in 2020, (gaining a whooping 5 stone in that time pushing me to 8 stone over weight) and I am still in recovery now with my MH. I have also had two cancer scares in this past year, and have been diagnosed with pre type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol and peri menopausal.

This time I feel that this is a live or die situation, so this is no longer a diet to loose fast only to gain ot back and some again; this is a complete overhaul of my lifestyle so starting off slow, I've paid premium on here to get the maximum benefits and I am following the small introductory plans to get me started.
I am looking for like minded friends to give and recieve encouragement through highs and lows to get us through.

    I have premium now, for the first time in the almost 8 years since joining! Good for you for recognizing the need for change. I have been logging my meals recently (since dec 26th) so have a look at my diary if you want any ideas. You can do this!

    Like yourself keriewharton I have been working on this before.
    I too have mental health issues.
    I don't know how to add friends sorry but I welcome friend requests for support, encouragement, inspiration and mostly accountability.
