This is a very lonely place now. I know there's the community section. But it's not the same as the news feed. I'm going to try to find a place in there but it's just not the same. This situation reminds of fitbit getting rid of the challenges. I no longer have a fitbit.

Nice goals @filmgal30 I'm doing pretty good. Very little back pain but I know I need to be careful. My foot still doesn't work right and worry my limp cause more problems with my back. But I'm back to my camp gladiator workouts and I'm so happy about that. A new 5 week session starts in a week and I have a goal of doing 4โฆ

Doing well here too. Since I can't workout like I was a month ago I'm gaining all the weight I lost during that week I couldn't eat. Working harder to eat fewer calories until I can burn more calories.๐ค

I read the other posts but I'll pay here. @filmgal30 I log food for a while and since I eat a lot of the same foods I quit logging because I pretty much know how my day is going to turn out calorie wise. However, since I can't burn as many calories as I used to I notice I need to make some changes and try to eat fewerโฆ

Doing a very happy dance over here๐ Did a workout this morning. Had to be careful, I still have lower back pain and it still shoots down my leg. But it felt so good to use weights. ๐

It was with a specialist. I've got a very high deductible so that's why my co pay was so high. Hopefully it'll all work out soon. I'm just going to think positive and believe that the injection wasn't going to be good for me. ๐

I'm not sure. I really really want to try at least one camp gladiator workout but not sure I should. Main goal is to get an appointment with a chiropractor as soon as possible. So, 2 goals. ๐ค

Was going to get a steroid injection tomorrow but 2000 dollars it's way over budget for me. Waiting to hear back about a chiropractor. I feel like this will never end.

Just found my way here lol. Short term goal for last week was to make it through the week at work. I made it! I also saw a doctor last Monday who set into motion the next steps. I'll learn more tomorrow. ๐ค

Currently battling a sciatica nerve that is bulged. My left foot is losing mobility. Hopefully tomorrow they'll do something to help me get moving again. Two weeks off of being able to walk to work and work out has been tough. I never really realized how much I love both.

Thanks for the welcome ๐ I haven't had a chance to check out the group yet. I'm working towards being strong and healthy in my older age. I want to be able to continue with my Camp Gladiator workouts. Currently my sciatica is acting up and I don't know what my prognosis is at this point. Will find out at a Dr apptโฆ

Yes, same for me @MWMstr17 my workouts are down and even today my heart wasn't really in it. I feel like something is off. I really shouldn't be tired. I've rested, I'm sleeping. Might be a kind of depression. Work can get really awful a really hectic. There's always covid tests to run and covid and flu shots to give, andโฆ

I officially gained 1 pound last week. But that's ok. I'm slowly making my way back to my regularly scheduled programs. I completed 3 camp gladiators last week and will do the same this week. I work today through Friday so that may help me avoid all the Christmas candy and cookies that are at home. ๐ค Hope you all had aโฆ

I decided to take the week off of intense workouts. Considering the same for next week. Nothing wrong with a break. I have been working on a challenge this month. Working my way to 25 push-ups. Today I did 17. It's harder than I thought.

Has anyone changed the heart rate settings on the Fitbit? It had my peak heart rate set for 150 something. I understand how they calculate it but I can rarely get up that high for longer than a minute. I felt cheated๐คฃ So I lowered the setting by 10. Am I cheating myself for doing that?

I have the versa 3. Not sure what's different from the 2. If it has gps, I don't use it. I needed the capability to receive messages while at work when I can't look at my phone. I can also send quick messages back with my voice. I love the battery life, it goes for days and charges quickly. ๐

Hi๐โโ๏ธ I'll be 50 in 7 months and an working towards feeling fit! I'd like to lose 30lbs but baby stepping the food focus. Front row focus is consistency with workouts. Some food changes are falling into place. I'll add you both! ๐

I came here for the same reason. I have friends that do challenges weekly but no one interacts and chats. I need the accountability and motivation.

Same on motivation and staying consistent once I've started something. I tried to get my group on fitbit to chime in with chatting but no one really responded. So I'm back here because I know this app is full of cheerleaders! I'll add you, ๐

Hi๐ I'm near Austin. Mom of two grown children. I work full time and am trying to get fit. Losing 30lbs would be amazing. I fall short at watching and logging what i eat. Also consistency is an issue with workouts. Nice to meet you and I'll add you๐

Hi๐โโ๏ธ I'm concentrating on being consistent with workouts. I'm on my 8th week of getting at least 2 days a week of camp gladiator. My weight bounces around but I haven't really counted calories or macros consistently.

I work in retail pharmacy. Things got way stressful and I totally shut down. But I'm looking for support, a group of friends to report successes and hiccups. I'm trying to be fit by 50 and that's 7 months away.
