    Just found out that 1500 calories does not help me to loose weight :( need to review it. How are u going ?

    Are you adjusting your calories up or down? I'm doing well thank you. I'm down on the scales still and being consistent!

    Hi🙋‍♀️ I'm concentrating on being consistent with workouts. I'm on my 8th week of getting at least 2 days a week of camp gladiator. My weight bounces around but I haven't really counted calories or macros consistently.

    Hi 👋 I’m Amber. I’m 40 years young, lol and just started an HIIT program 16 days ago. I’ve been doing well with the workouts, but was having trouble tracking my macros so I got this app today. I’m doing carb cycling so my macros change almost daily. Just hoping I can get it all figured out. I feel like my biggest challenge is I’m apparently not eating enough. I weighed 161.8 when I started and I’m down to 153. I’m 5’2” so I’m overweight. Focusing on building muscle and burning fat.

    Hello! I just turned 30 this month but I swear I feel much older! Since rejoining MFP I have lost 10 lbs. I am specifically working on drinking enough water each day and and watching my calories/macros.

    I’m in! I t have trouble being consistent in logging my calories. I think if I could be more consistent with that I would actually see some of my weight come off. Lol

    I’m back in my size uk 10s 🥳!! Now I need to try and get back into my size uk 8s!

    @ amioc not great. I started this last week good then hubby took a day off mid week and then it threw off my whole week.

    I did enjoy spending the day with him though

    I’ve done the same as you a few times. I’m sure as it was only a few days you won’t of put on much weight and if you have it will probably be water weight and you will loose it quickly! I hope you had a lovely time spending time with him?

    I did. I always love spending time with him. Due to work schedules and kids, we don’t always get that time for the two us to go bomb around and have a lunch date
