There have been lots of little NSV's lately. But the one that really got my attention was trying on new jeans (my old ones were literally falling off of me). I was wearing a size 20 back in early April. Now I am in a 14 and they have some slack in the waist. This was a huge NSV for me.

Folks are always looking for a magic pill. I get a lot of people asking me how I have lost 53 pounds since April. But as soon as I say proper nutrition (not just eating cleaner, but tracking portion size, macros...etc) and commitment to working out, they kind of get that glazed look and they lose interest really quickly.…

I finally decided to get my life in order...joined a gym, started watching my nutrition...walking, bike riding. Just moving…

Hello everyone! I am a newbie here, and ready to kick this! In January I weighed in at 240. In April I was 222. Today I got on the scale and am now 178. I have been hitting the gym and doing tons of walking and bike riding and I LOVE it! I have not felt this happy or confident in decades. I am 61 now and want to live a…
