Not sure you can consider 6 hours a fast. I think you have to go at least 12. 16 is better. (Just skip breakfast!)

Get you daily calorie intake down to 1600 to 1800 a day and you'll lose weight! Oh, and eat that in real foods!

Back in June I ran my first 5K in 18 years! I finished in 36:15. To weeks ago I ran my 11th race since and my 5K time was down to 28:22! Almost 8 minutes faster!

Started running back in the Spring. Ran a 5K a month throughout the Summer. Ran my first official 5-mile race this Fall. Last week I ran my first 10K training run. Looking forward to running my first official 10K in the Spring. It's true, the more you run, the easier it gets!

I lost 85 pounds in 18 months and have a bit of loose skin on my chest and belly. I've been going with this collagen from Costco and it seems to be helping. I'll post an updated photo this Summer!

I have never even been in a commercial gym and after reading the 11 pages of this thread don't think I ever want to! I'll stick with my home gym in my bedroom!

While I've been doing a 16/8 intermittent fasting Monday through Friday for about six months now I've added a 23 hour fast on Wednesday's. It's all about the autoghagy! It's really been a challenge with all the Christmas treats flooding the office!

After running six 5K's through the Summer, I attempted my first 5-Mile run. I went out very conservative to insure I made it. I ended up running it in 52:36 which was under my 55:00 goal! Next I start training for a 10K in the Spring!

I started doing Intermittent Fasting to lose my last 40 pounds. I do 16:8 Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday my "Zig-Zag" diet days. Even Saturday and Sunday I still eat below my recommended calorie level.
