Since my major 80 pound weight loss four years ago, I just ran my 50th 5K race and 84 total races of varying distances. (Including a Half Marathon.) I have also completed 3 Super Sprint, and 9 Sprint Triathlons! In December I dieted down to a 90 pound total weight loss just to see if I could do it. I also hit 13% body fat!…

Trying to get down to 149 lbs by Christmas to make it an even 90 lbs weight loss! I've gotten as low as 150.4!

Sort of a NSV. (Well it's more then just a scale!) Had my body fat percentage checked on a InBody machine. I'm came in at 13.4%!

I competed in nine Sprint Triathlons this Summer! Not the fastest, but not the slowest. Managed to finish third in my 60-64 age group in one: I'd be a little faster if I wasn't riding a "Comfort" bike. Had to pass three guys in my age group on the run to podium!

Four years ago at 239 pounds I could barely walk a mile. Last night I lowered my Personal Best in the mile run to 7:13! Last week I set a new Personal Best in my 41st 5K of 25:22! Also completed my sixth Sprint Triathlon of the Summer, two more to go! Life is good at 155lbs!

Forgot to bring my jacket and had to run a 5K in short sleeves. Quite surprised how big my arms look in this finish photo! The "Winter of Curls" is paying off!

Ran my first Half Marathon (13.1 miles) of Sunday after stating running two years ago! Finished with a "Chip Time" of 1:32:45. Certainly not the fastest, but not last either!

I understand that depends on how short you go.

I've been taking Collagen since losing 85 pounds and it seems to be working for me. Of course I have also been doing a ton of aerobic exercises and activities to go along with it. I appear to be reabsorbing my saggy skin! I get this at Costco:

I lost 85 pounds two years ago and so far have been able to keep it off although I've added about 10 pounds of muscle from working out with free weights. I have a set of hair clippers as I like very short hair on my head in the Summer. This year after doing some manscaping in the private areas, I thought about swimmers and…

Also just got my blood work back: Almost perfect. A little over on the LDL but close enough that my Doctor let it slide! Off Blood Pressure and Cholesterol meds now going on two years!

My afternoon snacks at the office are a Banana and a Clementine. Eaten about two hours apart!

Because turkey and ham are lower calories then roast beef. I also have a beef hamburger every Sunday so that's it's playmate!

I gave up "Deli" cold cuts from supermarkets a while back. I am now into Costco Kirkland cold cuts as they taste so much better! Once I get them home I break out the scale and weight out 4oz portions. They are then individually wrapped. I then bag up a weeks (5-days) worth; Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Turkey Ham. I make my…

Not exactly a "selfie" but when you Swim 1/4 mile, Bike 17.2 miles, and Run 3.1 miles, you're allowed to eat half a pretzel and a small fruit cup!

Here's an update. Two and a half years, 85lbs. lost.

Starting to see some muscle definition. Still need to work on the extra stomach skin from an 80 pound weight loss.
