How many 5% Challenges have you done? More than I can remember What do you like to do for fun? Walking with my friend. I’ve walked 4 miles on the fife coastal path, while my friend managed 3 miles walking and only 1 in the wheelchair.

@deejoan I try to plan in advance as some ingredients are in the freezer and need defrosted. I also need to just hit go for breakfast when my feet hit the floor, just me I suppose. I hate shopping so don’t want to have to rush to the supermarket for just one onion

@deejoan you’re my twin. I’m 68 too. I’ve done myself a week plan of eating on the tracker to start Monday (today) to see if I can make any headway that way.

@dr3107 use the tracker add food my recipes create a recipe and add in your ingredients and serving size and shudder at what it tells you one portion calculates out to, then save and log it AND have a piece JUST ONE and savour then behave the rest of the week

I have recipes in my saved recipes too so I can go back to them and see how much of an ingredient I used when I’m doing it again and can see how many slices of cake I need to cut it into to get the portion size that fits my calorie allowance.
