They are really good on the bbq with Kabobs, or just big thick slices. I like them on sandwiches. You could make French onion soup. They caramelize really well. When I was a kid I ate them raw like and apple.... you could try that. :wink:

You can always order a Sashimi plate. You get the fish sliced thinly on a bed of rice, that way you can control how much of the rice you actually eat.

I'm in the same boat today. I decided to rest for most of the day and then went for a walk. The fresh air really helped me feel better, but I don't think I would be up for any more then that. Rest up, feel better and don't push yourself too far.

Have a cup of hot tea when you get home. I find that always helps me curb my need to eat something.

It's the coffee that gets me too! But I can't (won't!) drink it black and I can't have aspertame or other sweetners.
