What worked for me was that i started with negatives. Everyday i would hang on the pullup bar, and overtime i was able to hang for longer. Eventually i started using a resistance bands pullups twice a week. Over time i was able to do one pullup by myself. Still keeping the pullups routine to twice a week, i dedicated one…

Today was leg day for me sqauts, glute bridge, stiff legged deadlifts lunges and 30 minutes of cardio. After working out i almost fell down some stairs leaving the gym because my legs were soo beat from working out.

I'm a total sugar addict myself too. Every time i crave it, i try to get some natural ones from fruits rather than the processed stuff. It's a process, but you eventually get used to it.

i usually have some cottage cheese before bed. It's supposed to digest slowly overnight.
