I am considering the 16/8 also. I have a friend in Iowa who is doing it. I'm also experimenting with Gluten Free and am having great results; 1. Less pain in joints. 2. Better stomach...less IBS type issues. 3. Quit taking fiber. 4. Lost 2 pounds in one week.

Make yourself go. It's one of the few things I do that make me feel better when I am fighting this fight. That is exactly what it is....fighting back. Keep getting up. Busy week....but, I'm checking in... sw 220 today's weight 217 Not quite on pace with where I wanted to be BUT, I have lost 3 so that is positive....

April 1 Starting Weight = 220 Present Weight = 217 One step forward, Two steps backwards....Must Keep Moving Forward....Exercise is the great equalizer. Is Sunday the 'Weigh in day?'

You are going to have to educate me on the V8 ways. I had a great day at the beach....lots of walking...eating healthy...I even ate an apple! I almost forgot what it tasted like. My mantra? For sweets I will eats, fruit (sorry people). We can do this, Yes We Can!

Way to go! Don't let those friends get into your head....you have done a great job! Keep up the good work. I found out before when I lost 50 pounds I had several 'friends' asking me if I was sick? Was it healthy? When was I going to stop? Don't listen to those things. Way to go!
