Re-Starting
I'm re-starting...need a kick in the butt to get going....I know all the facts and health and nutrition....I don't have any good excuses. I'm currently at 217 and have goals of 205 and then 195. I want to eat healthy and feel good again.

I want to know how to use this site successfully
I've been on and off MFP several times over the last 2-3 years. I'm really not sure how to get connected here to feel a part of the MFP community. I went to Weight Watchers a few years ago and like the mutual support aspect of it but I want to find out how to do that on this website. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
