I've been there! My weight was a yo-yo until 2016 when I finally lost about 200lbs. But then life happened - babies, COVID, my health. Now I'm back up and looking to lose 100lbs again.

I'm in the same boat. I've been working from home since March 2020, and my office closed off their gym at that time, so I've gotten almost no exercise since. I'm hoping getting involved in something like this again will get me more motivated.
