Hello @Goodfelines in the menu options go to 'Privacy Centre' then 'Sharing & Privacy' then in 'Newsfeed Sharing' you can select what shows in your newsfeed. At the very bottom of this list are options for the MFP blogs and articles. As for getting sent back to the top of the feed, I think this is just another MFP glitch.…

MFP seems to be having several issues relating to Samsung Health links over the past few weeks. I've been having heaps of ongoing problems. Hopefully they are working on fixing it very soon. :)

I believed that my bloated, cellulite ridden, flabby excess was now my life. I turned 50 in January and I suspect I may finally be on the flipside of menopause. I'm nowhere near as fit and active as the rest of you on this thread, but I'm getting there. 😉 My morning workout: 1 - 3.2km Interval run 2 - 9.6km brisk walk 3 - 1hr Iyenga yoga Am aiming to achieve a minimum 5km full run, followed by 5km walk and 1.5hr yoga by the time we enter our Australian springtime.

20 minute (3km) interval run this morning, followed by a 6.4km brisk walk through our local wetlands. Just finished 60min of Iyenga yoga. I've tried to maintain the above as a daily routine, with biking replacing running on Sundays. :)
