I am mentally prepared to go on this long term journey with like minded individuals who have similar desires to eat healthy, lose weight, tone up, desire to love exercising and just all about doing a life style change of desiring the new weath (being healthy) . In the last 4 years I have not had the inspiration or motivation that I use to when came to eating healthy, exercising & staying consistent in maintaining my ideal weight. I never had anyone doing this with me or having an accountability partner or even put myself among people who short or long term goals are somewhat similar to mines. I am going to reach out to ask for help & step out on faith that God put me in the right place at the right time. The first step is admitting you have an problem or knowing that I can not do it by myself, I have tried, tried & tried and I was not successful... BUT I'm not giving up.. after briefly exploring this app, I can already sense a good change is on the way.. This app is very beneficial!! This is the start of my Day 1 journey... π & I am excited π.

Good luck to your journey. The most important thing of losing weight is not stopping even if you fail in months,years,decades. The losing weight mentality must still be there just waiting to be lit again.0

I too, have only recently started on my MFP journey after about 4 years of complete lack of motivation. Good luck in your food and fitness journey.
