Hello all! I've been at this for a month and have not lost weight, I'm sure due to sloppiness in logging. Soooo I'm here to try again! My goal for this month is to get below 200 (I'm hovering at 203/204 now.) My weight day is Friday, so I'll be back to report then.

Oh man, I so relate. Mother of 5 young kids and work full time. Husband out of the house most of the day. My only advice is to do something SMALL and don't let yourself say that it's not enough. Doing nothing is not enough. Doing one small thing is everything.

Omg I'm totally with you. I've used MFP to get down to 150 lbs. But with every pregnancy I got bigger and bigger and now I'm at 205 :( We can do this though! We did it before, so we know what we're doing. We just have to tap into the mindset that helped us succeed last time!

@yirara Thanks so much for your comment! I'm not nursing, so that's not part of it. But I appreciate your feedback. I'm raising my goal to 1700 calories and seeing how that works.
