  • Glorious sunny day in Wales so I went this morning to the vegetable plot. Rainy days and sun have made weeds and stingy nettles growing taller than me (not difficult 😂) . I've planted potatoes, picked up last leeks, some lettuce and Swiss chard. I feel exhausted now but very proud of myself. I will post my 3 tasks later on.

  • @victorious55 That's very inspiring. When I started Noom, my YBP was to fit in my old jeans. So shallow, I know, but after starting taking care of myself, I found out there is much more than a stubborn button. I feel better now than 10 years ago.
