Dorothy is right! Just knowing that you will be gaining strength is motivating! I know I got really toned using Leslie's videos and wo on a regular basis including strength training:)

I workout because I love to and it's been a part of my daily routine for years:). What I did at first was lay my clothes out in the bathroom and worked out for 21 days in a row! It became a habit that has stayed with me for years:)

Perhaps exclude ur fruits with breakfast or eat half of a fruit and save it for after lunch and dinner :)
