I think Steve would be great!! I don't know if men like exercising to videos. I think they prefer the gym or outside. My hubby is unable to exercise to her videos but he does ride a recumbent bike.

Don't stress out, everyone is different:). I suggest setting your daily goal to maybe 3,000 steps and try to get it every day for a week, then up it by 1000 every week til you hit 10,000. People gave great ideas that you may want to try :) Wish you well in your journey.

^^Agree. Leslie also has two HIIT videos if you wld like to try doing HIIT. I've been a Leslie sansone walker since '01 and love her video. You get a good wo as they are considered cross training as well. Wish you well in ur journey????
