Weigh in 7/8/2022 Weigh in day: Friday PW: 160 CW: 160 Was down to 159 earlier this week, so I've gotta keep working at it. I'll try to join the step challenge for next week. I have to remember to wear my watch everyday! :)

Friday weigh in: 160 Last week: 161 Highest weight: 162 I’ve been doing well with diet. My tough spot is exercising. I hate it. This week I’m going to try and walk our dog every evening. Wish me luck.

I really limited calories yesterday and worked out with my 7 year old. Highly recommend the 7 min workout skill with Alexa. My kiddo thought it was hilarious! Weigh In Day Friday PW: 162 CW: 161
