Friday weigh in: 160 Last week: 161 Highest weight: 162 I’ve been doing well with diet. My tough spot is exercising. I hate it. This week I’m going to try and walk our dog every evening. Wish me luck.

I really limited calories yesterday and worked out with my 7 year old. Highly recommend the 7 min workout skill with Alexa. My kiddo thought it was hilarious! Weigh In Day Friday PW: 162 CW: 161

I work full time (sedentary office job), and really need to get serious about getting healthier and losing weight.
