    11/13 -198.2- (Trend weight 199.2) Expected bloat but it’s never nice to see it on the scale. It was a very good day yesterday. DGS kept me on my toes. Calories were low and movement was high so I think progress was made. Traveling twice this upcoming week. Dentist changed appt to Tues and back out with friend for another procedure on Thurs. Last week did no damage after the travel. I’ll try to be just as careful. I’m working hard to make those out-of-town temptations easier to handle. Tuesday my friend and I may take the boys with us and visit a steak house in the destination area. It is her son’s birthday this week. There may be chicken alfredo involved here but we shall see.

    Goal for this round is to lose a pound.. No binges, keep within calories & macros.

    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. Healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    11/12 135.8 - 9.62 miles walked. 1.8 pounds lost this round, excellent!! Really pleased. This is the first time I've mentioned it, but I've taken out WW free 3 months membership, I was very sceptical with free points, unlimited fruit etc, but it's given me a fresh approach, new focus & it does seem to be working although I still limit myself to 5 servings of fruit per day cuz I know although natural sugar it's still sugar! I started towards the end of September, DSs are all doing it & it makes it easier when we meet up every week. Yes I'm really happy with this round, and of course it makes a difference when there is only 1 full weekend in it too!
