    It’s my birthday month… not getting older, just getting wiser! Working to manage my blood pressure through diet and exercise… Loving these 10 day challenges!!!

    11/13: 159 lbs/ just went grocery shopping for a lot of lean meats and veggies. Committed to cooking at home and not eating out this week.
    11/14: 158 lbs/ working hard to stick to my macros. Allowed a few semi-sweet chocolate chips in my greek yogurt to curb cravings at lunch. Grilled a lot of chicken breasts last night. Plan to make a salad/brown rice/chicken bowl with greek dressing for dinner. Will make my kids a separate meal of mac & cheese with chicken and fruit.
    11/15: 158 lbs/ sticking to macros. Did not get enough steps in yesterday, was slammed at work. Will make an effort to do elliptical today. Dinner is a beef roast, with carrots, sweet potatoes, and mixed green salad.
    11/16: 157 lbs. woke up early and made turkey chili in the instant pot for dinner. Packed my lunch for work, salad, cauliflower rice, leftover beef from last night. Husband is grilling more chicken breasts when he gets home from work so we can stay on track. Will make kids spaghetti noodles with their chili, cincy style, or they won’t eat it.
    11/17: 157 lbs.
    11/18: 157 lbs. Looking forward to cauliflower crust pizza tonight!

    11/15:170.2 amazing what drinking my water can accomplish. Got my workout done and stayed on track for eating. Went slightly over but currently I am not adding exercise calories back in so I will give myself a little wiggle room.
    11/16 so my scale is missing 😂
    11/17: 169.2 scale found! Tracked and ate only what was in my lunch box yesterday. Finally got a water plan in to get me 80oz per day which is a start for that.

    11/19: 170.2 went out to dinner with my girlfriends. Wonderful time but did notice the amount of salt. Feeling salty today 😂 Will make such to drink my water to help flush that out.

    11/14 202.4 Love my weekends but have to put structure back in them. Torpedoing my progress.
    11/15 200.6 Working on how I handle stress. Daytime during work, intake is controlled by what I bring. Afterwards at home is when need to make a routine and weekends too. Going to make that first hour at home about ME and unwinding.
    11/16 200.6 Finding it's easier to bend over while sitting down. Hmm, maybe there is less fat there.
    11/17 200.0 That was a little later this am getting back on the scale. I keep thinking don't jinx yourself w/One_____ by thinking too much about it but it's ON MY MIND.
    11/18 201.8 Discouraging. I'm going to stop overthinking this and focus on am gym, walk during day, eat same daily, double up on water, get extra sleep, and calorie count. Have fun & pass on stress. Strive for drama free. Have next week off work hallelujah.

    Discovered my great granddaughter would not be spending Thanksgiving with us but with her dad and her grandparents (and her other great grandmother) on the other side of the State-sad but I am sure she will have a good time.

    11/14: 135.6 - Got my workouts in, but still eating leftovers which isn’t helping.
    11/15: 133.2 - Focused on limiting my sweet intakes and not eating back all of my exercise calories.
    11/16: 132.3 - Got my workouts in, ate within calories and am getting a decent amount of sleep.
    11/17: 132.3 - Surprised that the weight held. Had a mini-binge when I got home last night.
    11/18: 132.5 - Workout and walk, good eating and good sleep. I’m starting to consistently get about 7 hours of sleep which is pretty good for me.
    11/19: 132.7 - Slowly creeping up again. Only one workout in yesterday and ate back all my exercise calories. So-so sleep.

    33 yrs old 5'2" height
    Starting Weight 205 lbs
    Current weight 203
    Goal Weight: 130 lbs
    I have an underactive thyroid so really need to get to a healthy weight!

    11/13 I'll be hitting the gym today around 4pm

    11/14 went to gym around 6pm even though I was in pain from day before using elliptical!

    11/15 I corrected my starting weight because I had it wrong 😅 weighed myself today I was off by 2lbs idky I thought I weighed more . I'll be hitting the gym later this evening. So relieved I'm not in pain like yesterday.

    11/16 weighed myself this morning I'm 204.5! Little progress! My diet is basically counting calories if I lose too much calories at the gym I eat a lite snack as soon I get home. Took day off from gym .

    11/17 because yesterday I didn't goto the gym. Thought I try goin today but failed didn't go 2nd day in a row. But good news just water and watching what I eat lost a pound.

    11/18 Another day no gym...I did bloodwork for my thyroid today so relieved my numbers looked great. Losing weight been helpful.I been doing really great eating healthy 😇 Tomorrow I'll weigh myself 👍

    11/19 didn't have time to hit the gym 😪 but I feel very relieved I haven't gained back any weight 😅 still am 203lbs
