Hi Mike, great work! I agree sustainability is key to long term success. I am 2.5 years into my fitness program and surpassed my goals despite a lingering cervical injury and qualifying for senior discounts. Keep after it π

It's never too late to start again π I had a similar weight loss/gain experience between 2011 and 2019, due in part to a cervical injury. In 2019 I got back on the horse with greater more sustainable success than ever. There is so much more information and more data tracking tools available now.
