I am new to MFP - Back in 2010 I was able to successful change my lifestyle and dropped 50 lbs - I kept it off until about 2018 and over the past few years have unfortunately regained about 40 of that. I have joined MFP to help track my calorie intake and expenditure and hope to get back to the healthier me!

It's never too late to start again 👍 I had a similar weight loss/gain experience between 2011 and 2019, due in part to a cervical injury. In 2019 I got back on the horse with greater more sustainable success than ever. There is so much more information and more data tracking tools available now.0
