Literally hundreds of times, but I've only lost a big amount of weight and regained it 2-3 times. I'm talking about 20kgs.

Bad idea. Your body can only deal with about 2-3 cups of water per hour. If you drink more than that, you could throw up or get really sick and die.

We usually have dinner late, like 7:30pm. 2-3 times a week I will go out and buy snacks and eat them between dinner and bed. I need to find some other things to get a dopamine hit and spend my time/money on.

Went to my sister's house for a roast. Didn't end up getting Starbucks. Felt unwell for several hours then threw up. Tomorrow's a new day! I guess I won't eat much or track for the next day or two while I recover from this bug. Unsure whether the rest of my family is sick.

Have completely fallen off track in the last two days! Possibly due to being in a bad mood and having my period. Do you guys weigh yourself the same time everyday? I measured out my chips before I ate them, I skipped fast food and ate at home instead and I stopped to get gas and nearly bought a brownie but decided not to.

I'm the same, I'm practically flat chested, my butt disappears when I lose weight, I have short stubby legs (Even though I'm 5'10) and I have a big belly. Small hips, and no waist. Luckily I have a friendly face. I think some people have been attracted to me, but I don't think anyone would consider me "hot".

I have logged in everyday for something like 60 days, but have only logged my food for about five days straight. I lose weight, celebrate, get distracted and go off straight. Hopefully I'll make into maintenance and beyond this time because I'm paying for premium.
