I have found that making multiple smaller weight loss goals to be very helpful for me. I set very realistic goals that I can surely meet and often find I exceed my goals. Keep the faith and the motivation. I wish you the best on your journey and new lifestyle.

After being wheelchair bound for a year and a half, the weight just piled on. Tons of physical therapy and beating the odds of being told I would never walk again... my mini goal is to drop from 343lbs. down below 300 by the New Year. I am already down to 320 and I feel confident this is very realistic. :)
