It’s tough for sure. I’ll do rice cakes with a little fruit preserves or something. It’s not awesome but it’s sub 100 calories and progress can still be made.

Have you tried something simple like walking every day? After you have walked for at least 30 minutes, perhaps try some stretching and core strengthening exercise. Stay hydrated and eat plenty of the right things. It will come back to you. Your body will respond.

I’d say keep doing more of the exercise you have been if that is what you enjoy. Wake up early enough to walk far enough to make it difficult but doable. You got this!
