  • Like other people have said, you have to mix some cardio in. For me, Cardio yoga does the trick. It's a great way 20 min. workout that not only tones your body, but also gets your heart rate up to burn fat! Hope this helps. :)

  • It sounds like you do a lot of exercising. One of the reasons the scale won't move is most likely all of the muscle you are putting on.   • See, I play collegiate volleyball so constant exercising has never been a problem. I just think I may have hit a plateau and I don't know how to get past. I live in a dorm, but have a fridge and microwave. I rarely keep food in the dorm incase of constant snacking.
