Almost 54; my 40s were a trainwreck.Lost 85 lbs over the last 5 yrs and intend to keep it off I feel better mentally and physically when lifting. I don't run as much but still enjoy it

Lose a few more pounds and fit into size 32 jeans for the first time in 30+ yrs. A few years ago I wore size 44 😱

If you think it's bad at 40 ,just wait til you're 53 😛... Actually , I'm in better shape and feel better at 53 than I did a decade ago💪 . Mind over matter! 🤟 Keep at it

I'm almost 53 and in better shape than when I was 43. I try and lift 5-6 times per week but I listen to my body and take a few days off if needed. I run a few days but not as much as I used to. I love running but my *kitten* old body takes longer to recover from a run than a grueling lift session 😂

Back after taking some time to deal with a mystery ailment that was causing me some issues, including lack of energy to do anything. Still don't know what it was but seems to have run it's course. Been working out regularly the last few weeks and ready to kick it back up 💥
