To me interacting on the threads is making friends, being friendly, and getting support. Why doesn’t everyone just do that instead? Adding friends seems like a lot of pressure 😆. Congrats on getting off the meds hopefully the weight will start to fall off. I agree that protein is a big help and making sure you really track calories accurately. For me it made a difference tracking things like oils and butter I use, as it all adds up even though it seems like they shouldn't count.

The title of this has to do with Cathe fans. As in Cathe Friedrich? If so I like her workouts, VERY challenging. It's been a while since I've been able to do them though.

Almost 2 hours ...Walked to the gym, then treadmill walking and a bit of running, elliptical, lower body weights and some stretching.

No but there's something about it I've always admired and enjoyed watching. Closest thing to rowing for me are the rowing machines at the gym.

My goal is to eat, if any of my calories burned, no more than 50%. If I dont eat enough I start to get a headache, I have to listen to my body more too. I can feel when I need to eat more now that I think of it. Thanks for asking

Based on what's in the kitchen a tuna melt. Which is basically a grilled cheese with tuna in it. And some maple syrup on the side for dipping.

Hi go to friends then in upper right corner click the plus symbol , add the persons profile name then yours in the fields provided , keying a message is optional then send. Hopefully that helps

Similar goal here, I've been an 8 and loved it working towards a comfortable 10 tall for now.
