Is anyone still using a Polar heart rate monitor to measure calories burned? I use a polar ft4 still, nice, reliable and simple and seems to be very accurate. Just curious if anyone has experimented with this and figured out what works best for them. Does eating back your calories burned still help you lose weight? I have a feeling that for me eating back the calories slows my progress. I'm 171lbs 5'7 Goal 150ish
