  • I agree. Its just my mind wanting to get lean and building real muscles. But I guess I need to start somewhere, cant have it all instantly. So im thinking I gonna lose some weight atm, try get better bmi and fat mass. Thanks.
  • This is what I'm doing at the moment every morning: 100g Cottage Cheese 100ml Oatmilk 30g Proteinpowder 50g Carbspowder 50g Spinach 50-100g Random frozen fruits
  • Every body is different, so its too hard to make a accurate calculator. MFP gives you numbers based on what you provide MFP. Eating less to lose weight isnt always the answer. But you need to watch your macros. Eating healthy and have a healthy lifestyle is the answer. I use MFP to track meals and I put custom numbers in…
  • All kinds of nutmix have alot of fat in Norway. Nut in general is high fat, but not the worst fat though.
  • Yeah 100%, its pretty hard if you are eating super clean. But my go-to is: chicken, rice, pasta, any kind of meat with low fat %, potatoes, juice, fruit, vegetables, proteinpowder, smoothie, smoothiebowl, milk, egg etc :)
  • I feel like its easy to overeat and to eat too little. What you are used to, is easy. This example maybe have alot of fat and sodium? But if you are on bulk and dont mind fat its pretty good snack. But I know people struggle to eat the most easiest food with high cals, since they are just used to not eating much. I guess…
  • My opinion: try to focus on your diet. You dont need to track everything, but try to eat only healthy food. Drink a lot of water and get protein in. If you feel hungry, try to eat food that doesnt have much carbs or fat, like a salad or something. Or drink something when you feel hungry. But dont skip meals, eating too…

  • Yeah i know but i dont want to use percent, i want to use numbers. I cant figure out to use numbers in free version. I never use database food or myfitnesspal's macros, I just use Myfitnesspal as a tool for my numbers :) I figured out that I only needed to use the trial premium, then change to numbers, and after the trial…
  • Smoothie / smoothiebowl helps alot, at least for me. You can put in whatever you like, some example for proteins: cottage cheese, protein powder, eggs and milk. Add some oats! :) Remember fiber so your toilet will be happy.
  • Tbh I only buy the ones on sale with highest amount of protein per scoop o:)
  • It vary for each person. But 250-500kcals below maintaince should be fine. I recommend finding maintaince calories using weightscale weekly, eat the same, see what happens. If nothing happens in 1-2 weeks you are almost sure its maintaince level. If you add or lower your weight, then you know what to do. Calculate on the…
  • I used to have a coach many years ago, and it really paid off. You get the full understanding, you wont get burned out, you will get the proper liftingform and you will see results. You can ofc learn all this on your own, but maybe you learn the wrong way and it takes alot more time. Its best to be humble, ask for help so…
  • 1200 seems too low whatever goal you have. It all depends on your goal but eat when you feel hungry. Eat healthy, drink alot of water, eat alot of proteins and adjust carbs and fat depending on your goal. 1200 MIGHT be the right number if you on the last week before fitness contest. Add me if you want more help :)
  • Sometimes eating more (healthy eating) can help you lose weight. Just eat a lot of proteins, work out and drink alot of water. You should see results every week, at least on the weightscale :)
  • To be honest every workout is progress, even if you do it "wrong". Personally I just use MyFitnessPal, find my maintain macros, then add or lower the numbers depending what goal I have. For workouts, it also depending on your goal. But any plan is good, if you stick to it and progress each week with for example more added…
  • I use gymshark training app :)
  • To gain muscles you need to lift some weights or body weight etc. But you could gain some muscles by running uphill for example. Focus on your carbs, eat more of them. If you have a smart watch you could try to track how much kcals you lose after running, so you know kind of how much you need to eat. Eat good amount of…
  • I only get premium so I can add my own macros in grams :)
  • Welcome back. I agree, its motivating when having friends with same interests, and when I and them motivate each other :) Feel free to add me if you want :)
  • Welcome back, if you want you can add me and we can help motivate and inspire each other :)
  • Yes please, lets inspire each other :)
  • Welcome, hope you like it here :) I can find myself in your shoes some years ago, for me it worked to overeat and now my body feels "normal" so I can gain weight without overeating. By overeating I mean 1000kcals above maintaince or more.
