I can only answer for me. I eat mostly healthy during the day. But at 4am I really want straight butter cream icing. Maybe with sweetened whipped cream on top. And a few cookies to dip in it. If not for this thread, right now I would be in Whataburger's drive thru, waiting for my pancakes, syrup, and sausage. But I am sitting at home eating Jello fluff-50 calories for a 2-cup serving. I may have 2 servings before the rain stops and I can make myself go back to bed. Not a bad dent in today's calorie allowance.

Load up your fridge and cabinets with low calorie food YOU LIKE! Take low calorie treats with you. For instance fruit, veggies, unsweetened fat-free/low fat yogurt and cottage cheese. But only if you like them.
